Accounts

Only legal business are allowed to use The service. You need an active account on the service in order to use the functionality provided, which have full and complete billing information, company information such as VAT ID, address.

You are allowed to have multiple accounts active if needed.

Subscriptions

Usage of the service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed the price of your subscription in advance on a recurring basis based on your billing cycle. You can at any time cancel your subscription to the end of the current billing cycle. At the end of a billing cycle your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled by either you or us.

You are responsible for ensuring the payment details are accurate and payment can be fulfilled on every billing cycle. In case a payment can not be fulfilled, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription and your use of the service without prior notice. In the event of your subscription being canceled, suspended or deleted, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refunds of any amounts previously paid to us.

Price changes

We reserve the right to at our discretion and at any time, may change the price of our subscriptions. We will ensure to give you a 30 day notice on any changes to your subscription price, to give you an opportunity to cancel your subscription in time before next billing cycle where any change will be effective.

Refunds

All fees payed to us are non-refundable, except if required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, Trigalot and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Links to other websites

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

Reselling

You may include our service as a part of a package you sell to your customer.

You are not allowed to use our service to create a competing service.

Termination
